i play basketball for a university and im only in first year so i need to get in better shape for next year, so basically get stronger, but i want to be skinny at the same time! i dont know what to do! if i work out and fast will i still put on muscle? an di have a whole situatin with this guy whose on the mens team.... he dated the captain of my team for three years... and we are starting to get together and shes really fit and i want him to think im so much better then her thats why i want to be skinny... i want to feel danty in his arms... but i feel like a nasty butch! just can anyone help me with hoe i should go about losing this weight FAST and keeping it off!
